Our bakkie can carry up to 1.5 tons (1 500 kg). This covers most B2B loads including machinery parts, pallets, furniture, and construction materials. We're expanding to larger trucks soon.
Yes — every delivery is covered by R60 000 GIT (Goods in Transit) insurance. Your cargo is protected from pickup to delivery.
Our driver will assist with loading and offloading where possible. For heavier or specialised equipment, please ensure staff or a forklift is available at both ends. Mention it in the booking notes.
We accept EFT (bank transfer), cash on delivery, and can arrange monthly invoicing for regular B2B clients. Payment terms are discussed at booking.
For urgent bookings, we aim to collect within 1–2 hours of confirmation. Normal bookings are typically collected same-day within a 3-hour window. Long-haul routes are planned the same day or next morning.
Yes — cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Rescheduling is always free. Just WhatsApp us and we'll sort it out.
